Mission
Being a Production Worker with us means putting your exceptional skills and dexterity to work.
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for assembling components for the manufacturing of heating appliances.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Assemble electric baseboards on an assembly line;
- Hang and remove parts on the paint line;
- Perform any other related production tasks.
Profile
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in a factory setting (an asset);
- Manual dexterity and quick execution;
- A good physical capacity;
- A strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Full-time weekend positions based in L’Islet;
- Weekend schedule (34.5 hours worked, paid for 40): Friday to Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
- Starting wage of $22.73/hour (increasing to $23.53/hour in 2026) and $25.31/hour after 6 months;
- Opportunity for overtime;
- Group insurance, pension plan, personal days, and profit sharing;
- Multiple opportunities for advancement and internal training: sheet metal, presses, painting, forklift operation.
