As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising production operations to ensure quality, productivity, and safety in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Plan and organize all operations within your departments.
• Manage unionized staff (integration, training, health and safety, discipline, quality, productivity, and problem-solving).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety measures and promote prevention.
• Recommend and implement measures to increase productivity.
• Foster a work environment conducive to achieving efficiency, product quality, required deadlines, and workplace safety.
• Participate in performance analysis and monitoring, and develop improvement strategies.

You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:

• A degree in operations management or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience managing unionized staff.
• Solid knowledge of production and improvement tools (MRP, Kaizen, Lean).
• Proficiency with computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems).
• Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
