As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising teams, and planning production activities to meet quality, timeline, and productivity goals.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Plan, supervise, and guide your team to meet objectives related to deadlines, budgets, and productivity.
• Maintain a continuous presence on the production floor.
• Plan and prioritize production in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Support the development of skills among team members.
• Approve worked hours, absences, leaves, and vacations.
• Participate in workforce planning and recruitment for your department.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures in effect (standards, health & safety, etc.), including disciplinary management.
• Maintain good communication among employees and intervene to resolve any conflicts.
• Monitor layout, maintenance, and repair projects for production equipment in collaboration with maintenance and production engineering.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supervision within a manufacturing environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Knowledge of production management software (ERP) and Microsoft Office tools;
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on action and solutions.
