As a Designer and Programmer, you will be responsible for quickly designing, drafting, and programming quotes and customer orders, while supporting production to ensure quality and efficiency.

On a daily basis, you will:  

• Designing and drafting customer orders according to their needs and priorities.
• Programming and converting drawing data into machine language for various parts using programming software.
• Updating recipes related to customer orders in the ERP system.
• Completing production forms as needed.
• Making program changes upon production requests.
• Providing technical assistance to CNC punch operators in case of issues.
• Performing any other related tasks requested by your supervisor.

 

You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:

• A college diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a vocational diploma in Industrial Drafting, or equivalent training.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) and programming software (Salvagnini, NC Express).
• Knowledge of sheet metal transformation processes and equipment (punch presses, bending machines, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
