Mission

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, work methods, and the operational performance of our production lines. You will play a key role in continuous improvement projects, standardization, capacity increases, and quality enhancements, collaborating closely with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes and production flows;
  • Conduct capacity analyses, time studies, and line balancing;
  • Define and implement standardized work methods;
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen);
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators (yield, capacity, FPY);
  • Support the introduction of new products, processes, or equipment;
  • Participate in workstation optimization (ergonomics, safety, efficiency);
  • Support root cause analyses and corrective action plans;
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to technicians;
  • Contribute to team training and process documentation.

Profile

You are the right fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field;
  • Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligibility;
  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly, welding, mass production);
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen);
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach;
  • Ability to translate analysis into concrete actions on the floor;
  • Energy and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude;
  • Collaborative spirit and a commitment to professional growth.
