Mission

Being a Data Management Technician with us means playing a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of the master data required for the smooth operation of all Group activities. Working closely with colleagues from several departments located across Canada and the United States, you will contribute to ensuring rigorous and efficient management of product information within our ERP system.

In this role, you will thrive in a collaborative environment where your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with various stakeholders will have a direct impact on data reliability and operational efficiency.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Create and maintain product master data for Innovair Solutions Group within the Microsoft Dynamics D365 data management system;
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of master data using established control tools and procedures;
  • Develop new tools to improve master data control strategies and maintain internal reference documentation;
  • Support Group users in the use and understanding of master data;
  • Monitor the product lifecycle within the system by preparing reports for product managers and establishing performance indicators;
  • Maintain strong interdepartmental relationships to encourage collaboration and ensure quick turnaround times for data creation requests;
  • Participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 across the Group’s different entities, particularly regarding master data import and management.

Profile

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • A diploma in administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector;
  • Strong computer skills and a good knowledge of Excel;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system (an asset);
  • Autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset;
  • Excellent organizational skills, versatility, and a proactive approach;
  • Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to communicate effectively with the Group’s different companies.
