Mission

Being a Communications Project Manager with us means playing a key role in the development and deployment of our communication initiatives, both internal and external. In a context of energy transition and organizational growth, you will actively contribute to strengthening the consistency, relevance, and impact of our messaging.

In this role, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where your coordination skills, strategic mindset, and creativity will have a direct impact on visibility and engagement across the organization.

On a daily basis, you will: 

  • Coordinate communication projects by ensuring follow-ups on deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce and deploy visual, video, and written content;
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns related to employer branding or corporate visibility;
  • Strengthen employee engagement and ensure smooth and consistent internal communication;
  • Participate in the planning and execution of internal activities (events, HR initiatives, employee meetings, etc.);
  • Implement communication initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and values;
  • Monitor communication best practices and provide recommendations;
  • Support managers with their communication needs toward their teams;
  • Write and adapt various types of content (newsletters, press releases, web, social media, internal documents, etc.);
  • Create engaging content that promotes the corporate brand, employer brand, and community presence;
  • Measure the effectiveness of initiatives and suggest improvements;
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.

Profile

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field;
  • Between 3 to 7 years of experience in communications or project management;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
  • The ability to simplify and structure information clearly and effectively;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy;
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset;
  • The ability to leverage artificial intelligence in processes and content creation;
  • A creative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach;
  • Good knowledge of digital and collaborative tools (Microsoft Office Suite, intranet, design tools, newsletter platforms);
  • The ability to navigate between different types of projects and content formats;
  • Experience in internal or corporate communications, or in a context of organizational transformation (asset);
  • Experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) (asset).
