Mission

Being a Territory Manager means leveraging your sales expertise and strategic mindset to support the company’s growth and ensure customer satisfaction. 

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products to both existing and prospective clients, while developing strong and lasting business relationships within your market.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Visit distributors, HVAC contractors, engineers, architects, and end users;
  • Maintain and develop strong, long-term business relationships;
  • Advise and train clients on products, their installation, and usage;
  • Collaborate closely with the inside sales team on quotations;
  • Provide high-quality customer service and after-sales support;
  • Participate in promotional programs and new product launches;
  • Monitor the market, competitors, and customer needs;
  • Represent the company at industry events;
  • Install and maintain displays and showroom setups at client locations;

Profile

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • A degree in a technical field (engineering, electrical, HVAC, sales) or equivalent experience;
  • Between 7 and 10 years of sales experience;
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships;
  • A strong team-oriented mindset;
  • Fluency in both French and English (bilingualism required);
  • Good knowledge of HVAC distribution channels;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • A proven track record in sales growth and performance;
  • A valid driver’s license;
  • Availability for occasional travel;
  • Residence in Montreal or surrounding areas (an asset);
