Joining us as an Operations Manager means applying your strong organizational and continuous improvement skills to make a real impact. 

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations at the Draper and Springville warehouses (Utah), working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational quality, efficiency, and compliance.   

This role is ideal for a highly self‑motivated, hands‑on professional who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial environment. You will have significant autonomy, broad operational exposure, and the opportunity to drive day‑to‑day decision 

On a daily basis, you will:

• Oversee and support all office administrative activities and ensure smooth operations
• Manage the office budget and contribute to the development of operational management tools
• Be responsible for general building management
• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control as needed
• Support daily order processing
• Take ownership of ERP system issues and ensure timely and effective resolutions
• Identify operational issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership to office and warehouse employees
• Ensure performance, quality, and health & safety standards are met

You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in distribution and/or manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset)
• Availability for occasional travel
• Proven skills in employee management, supply chain management, change management, and continuous improvement
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
