Mission

Being a Human Resources Technician with us means playing a key role in the smooth day-to-day operations of HR activities. You will actively contribute to the efficiency of processes, the quality of HR tools, and the overall employee experience, within a collaborative and constantly evolving environment.

In this role, you will be at the heart of HR operations, where your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders will have a direct impact on the effectiveness of HR practices and employee well-being.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Coordinate and maintain the HR activities calendar, including internal training sessions and corporate events;
  • Coordinate employer branding initiatives (calendar planning, content, and coordination);
  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees;
  • Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team;
  • Prepare files, tools, and communications to ensure a consistent and positive onboarding experience;
  • Contribute to the preparation and updating of HR tools (templates, forms, guides, tracking dashboards);
  • Support the production of HR reports and key indicators to assist decision-making;
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects, including the harmonization of practices, deployment of tools, and continuous process improvement.

Profile

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • A college diploma (DEC or AEC) in administrative techniques, human resources management, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or technical role, ideally in human resources or in support of HR functions;
  • A solid understanding of HR processes;
  • The ability to coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders (training, events, projects);
  • Experience in data compilation, administrative follow-ups, and report preparation;
  • Strong proficiency with the MS Office suite and HR systems (an asset);
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines;
  • Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders (HR, managers, vendors);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (communication with English-speaking vendors);
  • Any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
