Mission
Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for establishing and operating the Transformation Office and ensuring its day-to-day execution cadence. While the CSCO sets the strategic direction and holds leaders accountable, the Project Manager translates strategic priorities into a disciplined operating rhythm and measurable financial results.
This role combines program management rigor with the ability to influence across functions. The Project Manager coordinates initiative owners without direct reporting authority, validates and challenges progress and assumptions, removes obstacles, and escalates issues requiring executive attention. Acting as a steward of execution discipline and management information reliability, this individual plays a critical role in driving transformation outcomes.
On a daily basis, you will:- Establish and operate the Transformation Office, including governance, weekly review cadence, tools, and management routines.
- Maintain the roadmap of cross-functional initiatives, including timelines, milestones, interdependencies, resources, and a single source of truth for program information.
- Quantify, track, and reconcile the program’s financial impacts while producing reliable, decision-oriented dashboards for the executive leadership team.
- Go beyond status reporting by actively driving problem-solving, challenging assumptions, and accelerating decision-making.
- Act as the “glue” between initiative owners in operations and supporting functions by building bridges, breaking down silos, and connecting the implications of decisions to drive progress.
- Influence across the organization without direct authority while mobilizing and holding teams accountable over the long term.
- Build trust with both executives and frontline teams by combining business acumen with emotional intelligence.
- Support the sustainable adoption of new ways of working and contribute to talent development through the Transformation Office.
Profile

- A cross-functional career path with exposure to a variety of business environments and operational challenges.
- Proficiency with computer applications and business systems (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, etc.).
- Strong autonomy, teamwork, rigor, and curiosity.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing, to meet the requirements of the role and interact with various stakeholders.
- A strategic leadership role at the heart of decisions shaping our growth.
- The opportunity to lead large-scale transformational initiatives.
- An entrepreneurial environment where ideas quickly turn into action.
- A culture built on collaboration, innovation, and close partnerships.
