Mission
Being a Data Management Advisor with us means putting your exceptional analytical skills to work.
As a Data Management Advisor, you will act as a subject matter expert and business partner for the governance, optimization, and evolution of master data. You will actively contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives.
On a daily basis, you will:- Lead weekly meetings with Product Managers to ensure alignment on data-related needs and priorities.
- Represent the Master Data department in new product introduction projects and any initiative impacting master data.
- Participate in data imports, system configurations, and data cleansing activities.
- Collaborate on mass product creation and modification activities.
- Manage price increases and maintain pricing structures within the Group’s ERP systems.
- Monitor and control critical product data and pricing parameters to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Develop and optimize data control and analysis tools (reports, validation files, automation solutions).
- Maintain internal reference documentation (procedures, appendices, and work instructions).
- Monitor product lifecycle management within ERP systems.
- Track changes made to critical data.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product creation timelines.
- Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with various departments to support product creation timelines and data quality.
Profile
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- Relevant experience in master data management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- A university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- A good understanding of ERP systems (an asset).
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent critical thinking skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing, to meet the requirements of the role and interact with various stakeholders.
- Remote work up to 3 days per week.
