Mission

Being a Data Management Advisor with us means putting your exceptional analytical skills to work.

As a Data Management Advisor, you will act as a subject matter expert and business partner for the governance, optimization, and evolution of master data. You will actively contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives.

On a daily basis, you will:
  • Lead weekly meetings with Product Managers to ensure alignment on data-related needs and priorities.
  • Represent the Master Data department in new product introduction projects and any initiative impacting master data.
  • Participate in data imports, system configurations, and data cleansing activities.
  • Collaborate on mass product creation and modification activities.
  • Manage price increases and maintain pricing structures within the Group’s ERP systems.
  • Monitor and control critical product data and pricing parameters to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Develop and optimize data control and analysis tools (reports, validation files, automation solutions).
  • Maintain internal reference documentation (procedures, appendices, and work instructions).
  • Monitor product lifecycle management within ERP systems.
  • Track changes made to critical data.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product creation timelines.
  • Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with various departments to support product creation timelines and data quality.

Profile

You are the person we are looking for if you have:
  • Relevant experience in master data management, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • A university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • A good understanding of ERP systems (an asset).
  • Strong analytical abilities, excellent critical thinking skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing, to meet the requirements of the role and interact with various stakeholders.
