Mission

Being an Accounts Receivable Technician with us means using your attention to detail, organizational skills and customer service mindset to contribute to the company's financial health.

As an Accounts Receivable Technician, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring customer accounts. You will play a key role in collection activities, billing processes and administrative support while working closely with various teams across the organization.

On a daily basis, you will:
  • Record customer account payments;
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with customers to obtain payment of outstanding balances;
  • Issue credits for customer returns;
  • Verify, compile and process credits related to monthly deductions;
  • Create and renew pricing agreement contracts;
  • Prepare and process manual invoices;
  • Maintain the customer database;
  • Participate in credit analyses;
  • Maintain up-to-date procedures and contribute to continuous process improvement;
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing and payment issues;
  • Provide supporting documentation required during audits;
  • Comply with internal policies and financial controls;
  • Support the company's administrative processes.

Profile

You're the person we're looking for if you:
  • Hold a College Diploma in Administration (Accounting profile) or a Diploma in Accounting;
  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Have experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset);
  • Have knowledge of SAP S/4 (an asset);
  • Are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Demonstrate autonomy, strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Have a collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment;
  • Are bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
