Mission

Being a Regional Sales Manager - Western United States with us means leveraging your commercial leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and relationship-building skills to drive growth and expand our presence across the Eastern U.S. market.

As a Regional Sales Manager - Western United States, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within your assigned territory. You will develop relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and key customers while promoting our electric heating products and solutions.

On a daily basis, you will:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electric heating market.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a network of independent manufacturer reps.
  • Promote electric heating products to contractors, distributors, consulting engineers, and end users.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, manufacturers reps, contractors.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying growth opportunities for expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and project opportunities.
Market Development
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to product management and leadership on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.
Sales Planning & Reporting
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
  • Track sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must be a team player willing to collaborate, communicate and offer support across the entire US sales organization.
Technical Support & Training
  • Provide product knowledge and training to distributors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Support customers in selecting appropriate electric heating solutions for projects.

Profile

You're the person we're looking for if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Electrical or Mechanical HVAC markets.
  • Experience selling electric heating, heat tracing, HVAC equipment or electrical equipment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and applications.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region (approximately 30–40%).
  • Valid US driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
