Your expertise will be put to good use as you:

• Provide high-quality service to our customers;
• Answer and handle incoming calls in a professional manner;
• Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and order status;
• Enter data and process orders in the ERP system;
• Respond to information requests and basic questions about our products;
• Read heating charts and prepare quotes;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

What will set you up for success in this role:

• Diploma in administration, secretarial studies, social sciences, or a related field;
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience;
• Ability to communicate in French; English is an asset, as the role may involve interacting with various stakeholders;
• Autonomy, curiosity, and resourcefulness;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP systems;
• Knowledge of electrical systems, the construction industry, or a manufacturing environment is an asset.
