Mission

Joining us as a Product Manager means applying your exceptional strategic thinking, market analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration skills to make a real impact.

As a Product Manager, you will oversee the full product lifecycle for your portfolio, from strategic definition to execution, while working closely with teams across Canada and the United States to ensure successful product launches and the continuous improvement of existing products.

On a daily basis, you will:
  • Define product strategy based on market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.
  • Analyze existing product performance and identify opportunities for improvements or new product development.
  • Conduct market research, evaluate customer needs, track competitors, and monitor technological trends.
  • Establish technical and functional specifications for new products and product enhancements.
  • Participate in new product development reviews, product testing, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle: launch, growth, maturity, end‑of‑life.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy (positioning, pricing, distribution channels, communication).
  • Prepare documentation for new product introductions, training materials, and product bulletins.
  • Partner with the marketing team to support launch and promotional campaigns.

Profile

You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment as a Product Manager or similar role.A degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, industrial design, product design, business, marketing, etc.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Comfort working with electrical products (an asset).
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills, judgment, organizational abilities, and customer focus.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
  • Knowledge of go‑to‑market strategies, distribution networks, electric heating, or product development (assets).
