Mission
Joining us as a Technical Support Advisor means applying your strong technical expertise, customer‑focused mindset, and collaborative spirit in an environment where technical support is essential to meeting customer needs.
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting customers with product selection, installation, and troubleshooting, while working closely with internal teams to deliver effective and well‑adapted solutions.
On a daily basis, you will:- Respond to technical support calls and emails and provide accurate information to customers (distributors, electricians, consulting engineers, end users).
- Recommend appropriate products and options based on customer needs.
- Suggest temperature control methods and perform heating and cooling calculations.
- Support customers during installation and diagnose technical issues (troubleshooting).
- Participate in the development of technical support tools.
- Contribute to the management of spare parts.
- Create heated floor layouts and prepare required material lists.
- Act as a liaison with other departments to advise on product strategies and solutions.
Profile
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
- A diploma in electricity, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, building mechanics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Are bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, to interact with various stakeholders. (A MUST)
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and synthesis abilities.• Resourcefulness, initiative, and autonomy.
- Knowledge of CAD software (an asset).• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
