Mission
Joining us as an ERP Analyst – Planning means applying your exceptional analytical skills, rigor, and change‑management mindset to make a real impact.
As an ERP Analyst – Planning, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and implementing requirements related to the ERP planning module, working closely with internal experts, analysts, and external partners to deliver ERP implementation and optimization projects on schedule.
On a daily basis, you will:- Act as the ERP subject‑matter expert for the planning module.
- Analyze, define, document, and configure planning module requirements based on established guidelines.
- Execute testing phases and provide feedback and recommendations.
- Lead data migration activities related to the planning module, including data structure analysis and field mapping.
- Train users and new employees and support them in using the ERP solution.
- Analyze and resolve post‑go‑live issues and implement required improvements.
- Act as a positive change agent during ERP implementations.
- Participate in workshops aimed at optimizing and standardizing ERP processes with project teams, consultants, and operational site teams.
Profile
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
- A degree in business administration, logistics, engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing concepts (Kanban, min/max, MRP) and ERP systems (D365 is an asset).
- Strong Excel skills and solid process analysis capabilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and ERP projects (implementation or optimization).
- Excellent analytical and influencing skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, teamwork, and the ability to support change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
