Being an ERP Business Analyst with us means playing a key role in advancing and successfully implementing our ERP system across the Group. Working closely with the ERP integration project lead and the module teams, you will help structure project activities, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and support decision-making to ensure an efficient implementation and optimal adoption of the solution.

In this role, you will evolve in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills, organizational abilities and interpersonal strengths will have a direct impact on project success and business process improvement.

In your day-to-day role, you will:

• Act as a liaison between module teams, business stakeholders and IT teams;
• Facilitate discussions to clarify needs, resolve issues and help drive decisions;
• Participate in analyzing business requirements and contribute to the preparation and validation of functional specifications;
• Support teams in presenting project progress, issues and required decisions;
• Contribute to the drafting, updating and maintenance of project documentation;
• Participate in user support and training in collaboration with module teams;
• Provide support to entities and stakeholders who use the ERP system on a daily basis;
• Analyze issues encountered and propose improvement opportunities;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of the system;
• Collaborate on the integration of new software or functionalities within the ERP ecosystem;
• Help structure project activities, track milestones and deliverables, and support coordination related to the 

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

• Relevant education or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERP system implementation or evolution;
• Strong ability to analyze and understand complex organizational processes;
• Good understanding of ERP/MRP concepts and information systems;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (an asset);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English to interact with various stakeholders;
• Demonstrated ability to structure work, prioritize tasks and produce clear summaries;
• Ability to positively influence stakeholders, facilitate decision-making and support change;
• Strong teamwork skills, autonomy, rigor and strong listening skills;
• Availability for occasional travel to our different manufacturing sites.
