Mission
Joining us as a Senior FP&A Financial Analyst means applying your exceptional analytical expertise to support strong financial and operational performance.
As a Senior FP&A Financial Analyst, you will support financial planning, operational performance analysis, and the reliability of financial information used for decision‑making.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Contribute to annual budgets, financial forecasts and variance analyses.
- Analyze monthly financial performance of manufacturing sites and prepare reports for the operations committee.
- Perform gross margin analysis, including fixed overhead over/under‑absorption.
- Monitor standard vs actual costs and identify significant variances.
- Analyze profitability by product, customer and entity.
- Conduct financial analyses related to sales, inventory, customer rebates, transportation and quality costs.
- Support manufacturing costing activities and participate in annual inventory counts.
- Build and analyze financial models (NPV, ROI, payback) for investment projects.
- Ensure financial follow‑up on approved projects.
- Use D365 and contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A tools, models and processes.
Profile
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
- A minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, financial analysis or financial control.• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
- A CPA designation.• Strong expertise in Excel and solid knowledge of manufacturing finance, costing and financial analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a similar ERP (asset).
- Excellent communication in French and functional English.
