As a Buyer / Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing purchasing needs, orders, deliveries, and inventory, while maintaining strong and sustainable operational relationships with Innovair Solutions’ suppliers.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Execute and follow up on supplier purchase orders, delivery timelines, and compliance for the Miami and Las Vegas sites
• Ensure acknowledgment of receipt for 100% of supplier orders and reconcile invoices when required
• Identify product needs based on company objectives and projects
• Maintain shipping instructions and standard operating procedures
• Participate in the item creation process
• Build and maintain collaborative supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution
• Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies while maintaining product and service quality
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations
• Identify product equivalents to provide alternatives in case of shortages

• Mandatory experience with heat pumps and demonstrated knowledge in the HVAC industry
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar supply or procurement role• A diploma in administration, supply chain, operations management, or industrial management
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, including international purchasing and inventory systems (Kanban, Min-Max, MRP)
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate-level Excel
• Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written (asset)
• Spanish proficiency considered an asset
