Mission
Joining us as a Logistics Manager means applying your strong leadership and operational discipline to make a real impact.
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and optimizing all transportation activities across Canada, the United States, and selected international markets, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate domestic and cross-border transportation operations
- Oversee shipment coordination across Canada, the United States, and international markets
- Ensure compliance with applicable transportation laws, regulations, and customs requirements
- Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners
- Negotiate transportation agreements, rates, service levels, and contractual terms
- Monitor transportation KPIs, analyze performance, and implement optimization initiatives
- Oversee dispatch, delivery tracking, and resolution of operational issues
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, warehouse, customs, and procurement teams
Profile
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including people management
- Significant experience in transportation management, including Canada–U.S. operations
- Proven experience negotiating with carriers and managing external partners
- Strong knowledge of road transportation (LTL, TL), courier, intermodal, and maritime modes
- The ability to analyze transportation costs and performance indicators
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and priority management abilities
- Proficiency with transportation and logistics management systems
- Are bilingual (French and English), spoken and written
