Being a Customer Service Technician with us means playing a key role in the customer experience and directly contributing to client satisfaction. In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will leverage your organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities to deliver high‑quality service, day after day.

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be at the heart of operations and in constant interaction with customers, the sales team, and various departments within the organization. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.

 

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, screening, and routing incoming calls in a professional manner;
  • Responding to inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and order status;
  • Ensuring accurate and timely order entry and processing;
  • Providing first‑level technical support for products;
  • Processing merchandise returns in accordance with established procedures;
  • Providing administrative support to the Customer Service department;
  • Working closely with the sales team and collaborating with various departments across the organization;
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.

Profile

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • A diploma in a relevant field (administration, secretarial studies, human sciences, or a related discipline);
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with order entry;
  • Excellent command of French;
  • Advanced English, required to communicate with English‑speaking customers;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of Power BI (an asset);
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) (an asset);
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills, courtesy, and a strong customer service mindset;
  • The ability to effectively manage priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
