Being a Digital Project Manager with us means playing a central role in the coordination and operational execution of digital initiatives across multiple divisions. Acting as a true liaison between internal teams and external partners, you ensure that deliverables are well structured, consistent, and delivered on time.

In this role, you translate marketing and business directions into concrete operational plans, oversee web and systems projects, and actively contribute to the stability, performance, and risk reduction of digital platforms and processes. You will evolve in a fast‑changing environment where your organizational skills, rigor, and solution‑oriented mindset will make a real difference.

On a day‑to‑day basis, you will:

• Plan, organize, and execute digital initiatives (web, systems, tools) from design through production;
• Translate marketing and business strategies into concrete operational actions (work plans, schedules, deliverables);
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners while actively contributing to project execution;
• Oversee web and systems projects, including tool configuration, deployments, integrations, and testing phases;
• Ensure follow‑up on deliverables, quality of results, and consistency of deployed solutions;
• Document digital environments, processes, and existing dependencies;
• Identify operational and technical challenges, propose pragmatic solutions, and ensure their implementation;
• Support execution during high‑intensity periods (peak seasons, go‑lives, migrations, or critical projects).

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

• A university degree in management, technology, administration, or equivalent experience;
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital project management or a similar role;
• Experience with web, e‑commerce, and digital systems projects;
• A proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end operational projects;
• Strong organizational skills and excellent priority management;
• Rigor, autonomy, and sound judgment;
• Strong analytical skills with a solution‑oriented approach;
• Ease in working with multidisciplinary teams and external partners;
• The ability to thrive in a changing environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
• In‑depth knowledge of digital environments and systems;
• Full bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken (communications with English‑speaking vendors).
