What your day-to-day will look likeHere, HR is hands-on, people-focused, and close to the field:
- Be present on the floor, listening to employees and managers
- Support managers with their day-to-day challenges
- Help create an engaging work environment (activities, recognition, initiatives)
- Advise on employee relations and contribute to preventing issues
- Manage disability cases and support affected employees
- Actively participate in committees (Health & Safety, employee engagement, etc.)
- Collaborate with the corporate team on various HR projects
- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new talent

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary, multi-site, and highly collaborative HR team.

Profile
What we’re looking for
You are known for your people-first approach, organization, and autonomy:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of labour laws (or strong willingness to develop in this area)
- Proactive mindset, ability to manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with technology (MS Office, HRIS)
- CHRP/CRHA designation (an asset)
