What your day-to-day will look like

Here, HR is hands-on, people-focused, and close to the field:

  • Be present on the floor, listening to employees and managers
  • Support managers with their day-to-day challenges
  • Help create an engaging work environment (activities, recognition, initiatives)
  • Advise on employee relations and contribute to preventing issues
  • Manage disability cases and support affected employees
  • Actively participate in committees (Health & Safety, employee engagement, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the corporate team on various HR projects
  • Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new talent

Your team

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary, multi-site, and highly collaborative HR team.

Profile

What we’re looking for

You are known for your people-first approach, organization, and autonomy:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labour laws (or strong willingness to develop in this area)
  • Proactive mindset, ability to manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with technology (MS Office, HRIS)
  • CHRP/CRHA designation (an asset)
