Mission
Being an HRIS Analyst with us means playing a key role in the evolution of our human resources systems and processes. As a functional expert, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), supporting HR teams, payroll, managers, and business units across the organization.
In a context of growth, organizational transformation, and the harmonization of HR practices, you will actively contribute to process improvement, data quality, and the deployment of technology initiatives that help our teams work more efficiently and effectively.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Participate in the implementation, integration, and harmonization of HR systems and practices across the organization’s various business units;
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the HRIS and act as the primary point of contact for HR systems-related functional issues;
- Maintain the integrity, quality, and consistency of HR data across systems;
- Contribute to the configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of new HRIS functionalities;
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize existing processes;
- Produce, analyze, and validate HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators that support decision-making;
- Support workforce planning, compensation, recruitment, training, and performance management activities through reliable data and meaningful analysis;
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency;
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, procedures, and user guides related to HR systems;
- Train and support users to encourage effective adoption and use of HR tools;
- Ensure compliance with data governance, confidentiality, and information security standards;
- Contribute to the evolution of HR analytics practices and the implementation of tools that support organizational growth.
Profile
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR information systems, HR analytics, or HR process improvement;
- A strong understanding of HR processes and their interaction with information systems;
- Experience with one or more HRIS platforms (ADP, Dayforce, Workday, UKG, HiBob, Rippling, Talentsoft, or equivalent);
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced functions;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and integrity;
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences;
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms (an asset);
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment (an asset);
- Experience implementing or optimizing HR systems (an asset);
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, business integration, or acquisition-driven growth initiatives (an asset);
- The ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, verbally and in writing, to meet the requirements of the role and collaborate with various stakeholders.
