Mission

Joining us as an E‑commerce Account Manager means applying your exceptional analytical mindset and strong results‑driven approach to make a real impact.

As an E‑commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and growing e‑commerce accounts across the Canadian and U.S. markets, while maximizing online visibility, performance, and profitability.

On a daily basis, you will:
  • Manage and optimize product listings following best practices in e‑commerce and SEO.
  • Ensure brand consistency and content accuracy across all online sales platforms.
  • Manage platform relationships and handle operational issues related to E‑commerce Accounts.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, retail media).
  • Maximize sales, ROAS, and profitability while respecting marketing budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze e‑commerce performance indicators (sales, conversion, ROAS, visibility).
  • Contribute to the growth of Canadian and U.S. markets with tailored strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and recommend strategic adjustments based on market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, logistics) to support an integrated e‑commerce strategy.

Profile

You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in e‑commerce account management, digital marketing, or online commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO for e‑commerce, PPC advertising, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and a clear orientation toward results.
  • Good understanding of the Canadian and U.S. markets.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Autonomy, rigor, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
