As a Pricing Strategy Advisor at Innovair Solutions, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our pricing strategies. You will help ensure data accuracy and reliability, support internal teams in their decision-making, and maintain consistency in product-related information. Through your expertise and attention to detail, you will actively contribute to the performance and competitiveness of our product offering across multiple markets.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Build and maintain Excel files used for pricing analysis and data structuring;
• Develop pricing models (multipliers, margins, MSRP, multi-market pricing) with accuracy and precision;
• Coordinate price adjustments in collaboration with various business units and departments;
• Support the validation of product sales and marketing parameters;
• Perform ongoing price updates and corrections;
• Assist internal teams with pricing-related questions and validations;
• Work closely with Data Management, Customer Service, and Sales teams;
• Lead various initiatives related to pricing management and data integrity;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools related to product strategy.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

• A college diploma (DEC) in Administration or a related field;
• Advanced Excel skills (essential);
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy;
• A well-developed analytical and logical mindset;
• The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively;
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams;
• Initiative, proactivity, and sound judgment;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English to interact with various stakeholders;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in pricing analysis or data management (an asset);
• Experience in customer service (an asset).
